Can anyone add to this list?  Am I missing any?  I am tring to put together a checklist for all of the different design varieties for the Kennedy Half.  This does not include errors, doubled dies, RPM's, abrasion errors, or machine doubling, just the master die design varieties and types.

I recently heard about a 1964 SMS where the half has a matte like finish...does anyone know anything about this?
